NG should be scrapped because it distorts the market which is already over inflated.
CGT discount on property should be scrapped because it is designed to encourage long term investment which is obviously not required for property which is a long term investment.
I'm indifferent to whether the CGT discount should be scrapped altogether & replaced with an annual allowance (ex property).
I believe in people following the law, if is deemed to be unfair then fine change it but don't blame the people who follow it.
