    You have a fundamental misunderstanding of the function of a company.

    Companies are owned by shareholders.

    Companies are a mechanism for shareholders to pool their funds.

    Company profits belong to shareholders.

    Company profits are, in the end, taxed at the marginal tax rate of the shareholder.
