Free Will, As far as I am aware , the proposed changes now , as opposed to the proposal from Shorten and Bowen does not affect the couple above receiving franking credits from standard sources. On another thing, the 419k plus isnt sacred , especially if it has accumulated partially because it has been subject to favourable tax treatment , It doesn't deserve to be preserved.
