If you have the time look at over seas tax paid revenue ,such revenue does not add to tls's franking credit balance on tls books. Plus when a company pays out more than its EPS with a FF'd div this will also reduce the franking balance on its books.. If this continues obviously tls can not continue to pay 100% FF'd dividends while paying more than a 100% payout ratio plus any offshore revenue. above is my opinion not financial advice..
