.......we all know there has been some major turnover of stock over the past few months............it is obviously churn (due to frequency on never ending p#ss-ant volume trades).

They institution / entity doing the churn is either a net seller or buyer.......

So obviously, if a seller they are trying to draw in buyers..........if a buyer they are trying to draw in sellers..........and doing so by SP manipulation.

Ask yourself.......if ARQ is currently fair value and is about set off on a major exploration venture, that with just moderate success will provide good SP appreciation, then would you be trying very hard to sell or accumulate shares atm???
