Point 4 - Just because you want to insure everyone, does not mean you are doing it the right way. Premiums have increased by 10-20% already, most americans want to repel the act.
You dont do REFORM, jusr for the sake of it, it's got to be done rightly and fairly. By Nov 2010, he wont be able to do much, as he will be likely to lose the house.
