Well, now that CZD's feeble play for Avexa and its assets has come to a humbling end, on the tail of the demise of the disastrously mal-managed attempt to "vend" the IP of Metabolic Pharmaceuticals to a failed SPA operator, is it too much now for shareholders to ask our board to now forgo further "excellent adventures" in acquisitions and mergers, and instead get down to the everyday task of managing the two companies in our portfolio, Metabolic Pharmaceuticals and PolyNovo, so as to build on their IP?

Please, Mr. Franklyn, can you now "vend" the shares in Avexa that you squandered our cash on, slowly and methodically to avoid losses, to be sure, but with steady deliberation.

Can you actively promote PolyNovo? From all the information released to shareholders one would get the impression that the lights are off and the newspapers piling up at the door.

There is a deal to be made for AOD9604 with Phosphagenics, and hopefully the outcome of those negotiations will be the subject of an announcement in the near future. Please Mr. Franklyn, don't screw this one up, too.

And whatever happened to that "other" prospect for AOD9604? Is it dead or alive? Can we be told?

Can shareholders ask that now, with your "excellent adventures" behind you, you will now get down to business on behalf of your shareholders?
