12 000 hectares or about 30 000 acres of sandlewood trees at various stages of maturity, started planting
18 years ago.
The monetary value here is extraordinary into the future.
This just needs a deal that reflects that extreme value while dealing with the debt in a reasonable manner.
Money has never been cheaper, and the demand from Asia and the world for sandlewood oils and timber
will continue to multiply.
Just need a deal that reflects this fairly, even if it takes another few months to sort out. Imo
