Anyone remember Port Melbourne in the 70's and 80's.
Reminds me of Frankston now.
Beach, roads, train to city, Mornington Peninsula....
Lots of old houses being renovated or re-builds in progress.
Cheap compared to other places.
IMO this place is ready to pop.
