You used Port Melbourne as an example which I took as a suggestion of where you thought it could go . You did use the term ' pop ' .
Anyway , I agree that at some point it should be rerated considering it's location . Trouble is that people have been sying that for decades .
I think some locations suffer from negative reputations longer than they deserve . I reckon Frankston could be one of those .
It is the canny investors that can recognise this and take advantage .
Are there some improvements that Frankston has seen in the last few years ? I was at the train station ( and surrounding streets ) a couple of years ago and it didn't look very inviting to me .
