    Probably having been given the "bird" by Twiggs repeatedly and told to "take a hike", WN has finally realized it has reached the end of the road after AGO snatched FRS.

    Couldn't believe my eyers. WN wants to wrap the whole thing up within a month !

    Holy Moly.

    Either they are trying to preempt other suitors or they are trying to flush them out to the open.

    A complying (doesn't make sense) board to such a ridiculous deal also provideds further hints not all is what it seems.
