    Regency and Ram both know there is little chance of raising $1.5m cash at 0.15c+ unless Sirius SIR find something next door -- that's in the short term anyway.

    Having Red Rock's surveyors on the ground right away is good thinking. After all, Red Rock, Regency and Ram all desperately need a winner, in what are truly dreadful times in the mining sector.
