I don't hold Ram directly, but have an interest through Regency Mines. I can't understand why Ram hasn't issued an announcement today, even if it was just to reiterate the Regency release. Surely there's a need to update shareholders on the status of the deal ?

I sent the following question to Regency straight after their announcement was released...

I'm thinking after you've spent a great deal of time in discussion with potential investors, the restructuring of the deal is really what they wanted to see for them to invest. So, are we to assume that the $1.5 million of new funding is in the bag and it's Ram's news to announce ?

Apparently, the first sentence is quite correct. The question is hypothetical but if then yes.
