As a BAP shareholder, I decided to utilise a promotional voucher at my local Midas store for my car's service. Incredibly, they simply flat out refused to honour the promotion, despite the fact that everything was valid etc. In my book, that is unconscionable at best, and fraud at worst.
I did a search on them, and it turns out that their online customer reviews are generally abysmal across the board, so it doesn't seem like the problem was specific to my store. It seems that there is some rot at BAP.
