fraud case won by yarri costs to yarri 300k

Earier this month EMA attempted to have fraud court proceedings struck out. The case was lost to Yarri.

Yarri has received a court order to proceed and have the fraud case heard later this year.

EMA was ordered to pay all of Yarri's legal costs, including getting up costs estimated to 300k currently being taxed.

Why has no announcement been made to the ASX???

This court action has the potential to strip EMA of its only real asset. Why has it not been announced? Surely it should be covered by the continuous disclosure rules.
