Ordinary shareholders are unsecured creditors and rank last- we know this- but they still rank! I'm not talking about taking action- as I am sure you are probably aware- the threat to take action is sometimes more effective than the results obtained by following through- I'm thinking it might be an incentive, for want of a better word, to create a better proposal. And with $9M in bank, i'm sure they can come up with something. That is for the $9M really exists. I dont understand why the plug was pulled when it was pulled. I knew there was an increasing load of debt and risk and several setbacks...I just didnt think the sky stopped being blue quite soon enough I guess. I'm hearing whispers about market manipulation by YA Global and shonky deals re Coffee House/GT. I just dont know how much is sour grapes and how much just might have a germ of truth in it.
