KC, I would agree with you on most of what you say, however there is one point that sticks.
The company was buying raw material and selling product. It was apparently scammed during the purchasing process.
Surely any decent board member should have been alerted between the huge disparity in the costs of raw materials and the income from the sale of products.
Not sure what the ratio is but reckon the cost must have been 1000% more than the income!
Any board member worth his pay would want to know what the hell was going on and they didn't.
Reckon they should all go
