Let's NOT pick a hypothetical situation let's talk about a real situation.
1. It's not MY wisdom that should be questioned.
2. It wasn't "virtually" impossible to pick up - it WAS.
3. I've sat on Boards - I'd be embarrassed (as well as angry/shocked/frustrated.
4. You say the company should upgrade its pharma credentials!
5. Yes they should have "reasonably been expected" to discover it within EIGHT YEARS.
6. I was one of the ones completely vilified for stating that
something "didn't add up" before anything was discovered.
JIMHO and never has it been truer DYOR!
