SEEms like not many have gone thru the loan process recently. We have a cpl of places , got a third a bit over a yr back , the level of evidence based docs I had to provide in order for the approval was exhausting. Now maybe banks r a bit slack on a single mortgage but from my experience in collateralising multiple properties Into one loan , I call bs on any fudging of figs. Couldn’t be done , in my experience.
