    Well said superg! DM should have cut his own salaries or taken bigger work loads to compensate for our losses. But, he didn't. He is clueless about his own incompetence. The hiring of the new global sales head is totally unnecessary at this point. I am very sure I am not alone in thinking that DM could head the sales team himself.
