It's crazy mate. Sometimes it's not much about the money. This is a complete Fraud which must be exposed and defeated publicly in order to set example.
They will never stand a chance on front of an Australian court.
ASIC is definitely not up to the job. They think big hedge funds are good for the economy and the market. However they failed to understand most hedge funds represent rich people who mostly don't even live in Australia and therefore are no good for Australian's economy.
A stock market was invented to spread wealth. Retail investors benefits local economies more than hedge funds.
A lawsuit.
