The guy is delusional. Not sure if he can squirm out of this one. Hope the letting agency take him for everything hes got and more, for the mounting rents in the SIX shops that have shut!!
Think he needs to start working on his "turnaround management" that hes so good at and states on his LinkedIn profile.
