2nd creditors meeting tomorrow. Apparently there was an altercation at the previous meeting between Konig, Corbin and Dwyer with Konig being asked to leave. Sounds like trouble in paradise now that the house of cards is tumbling down. Dwyer not expected to turn up to tomorrow's meeting.
The main problem the liquidator is having is finding any of the FRB directors who have any assets, they all coincidentally seem broke with no assets! - except for Corbin who still has his house registered in his own name. One of his creditors has a caveat on his house so he cant just sell it.
At least one of Corbin's current stores is having issues with unpaid employee wages so complaints to Fair Work and the ATO have been made.
