I see also Smart G Finance Pty Ltd was deregistered 15/10/2017.
Share registry recorded the company as holding 45,266,194 LWP shares as at 29 March 2016.

This company was set up by Sean as sole shareholder and director and was subject to ASX query and Sean's response to the ASX on 4 April 2016. Query was why wasn't shareholder approval obtained for this transaction where a company owned by him received shares in a share placement.

Sean's written response was that the company was now owned and controlled by his son and that paperwork had not yet been lodged to reflect this change by his son. (Not very good with lodging paperwork here either it seems.)

Sean stated that his son had now taken such steps and a Form 484 will be lodged this week (4 April 2016) recording these changes. According to the ASIC records, no such form was ever lodged. Yet another incorrect statement made to the ASX.
