EPSL Pty Ltd deregistered 14/1/2018.

Sean was also director and sole shareholder of ESPL. Company was also subject to query by ASX with Sean's response on behalf of LWP to the market on 4 April 2016. As per Sean, EPSL received 33,372,567 shares on 21 July 2015. Note the company was first registered the day after on 22 July 2015. EPSL did not pay for these shares and supposedly did not receive any benefit from their disposal.

Sean said that LWP controlled the company and not him, even though the records showed Sean as sole shareholder. If that was the case why wouldn't LWP have been the shareholder in the first place as it was first incorporated 22 July 2015. Also if that was the case, LWP issued shares to itself. I think other regulations should have come into play. No evidence of any further action by ASX or ASIC though.

No mention then by Sean of any intention to correct the records with ASIC to show LWP as the shareholder given Sean said they controlled the company and not him. No forms lodged ever lodged with ASIC to change Sean as sole shareholder.
