DIRECTOR RESIGNS TO TAKE UP GLOBAL ROLE
Melbourne, Australia, Friday, 24 April 2009: Freshtel Holdings (ASX: FRE) has announced
today that non-executive director Spiros Nikolakopoulos has tendered his resignation in order to
take up the challenge of a new full-time role in the telecommunications space.
Mr Nikolakopoulos has accepted a full-time senior management role with a global company that
will require him to work extensively overseas. His new commitments will limit his ability to
contribute actively to the Board and fulfill his obligations as a Director.
Mr Ken Loughnan AO, Chairman of Freshtel Holdings said Mr Nikolakopoulos departs with the
gratitude and best wishes of the Board.
“Spiros has made a valuable contribution to Freshtel during his time on the Board, particularly in
sharing his knowledge and experience in telecommunications sales and marketing. We are
disappointed to lose a such a talented director as Spiros but appreciate that he has an excellent
career opportunity ahead of him and we wish him the very best in his new role,” he said.
