Just carrying on with some “Scuttlebutt” and wanted to look into web traffic data.
This is a strong indicator of sales, interest and allows us to track growth. We can at least evaluate the DTC e-com part of the business.
I want to see if we can track reviews, in addition to growth of the websites in the US and Singapore.
Starting with Singapore, it is hard to track the data as the traffic is still new and the websites take time to crawl through Google and capture all keywords and traffic. Over time we will be able to compare data and traffic growth MoM.
Right now the below keywords and CPC volume by country for April are below.
Each of the keywords typed in show where we currently rank in terms of where we come up and the Vol indicates the searches per Month for each.
Keywords are important to see how organic growth is coming along.
I’d be interested to see more website traffic over the next few months and will be watching closely. Once these numbers start to firm we can take a look at sales figures, conversion of views to see how revenue may be tracking, perhaps we can back of the envelope forecast to some degree.
Plenty of scope for growth to improve these keyword search numbers especially in the US.
Will run a separate one for the US website. Overall traffic looks reasonable.
Albeit not entirely accurate at times, it gives us an idea.
