well if Freddie has changed to DYOR then it may seem he now believes less in this stock. 10 cents today.... averaging down is the way to it if you believe the company can deliver within a year. If they can't deliver, how the hell can they raise more money at 5cents? The directors have made their reports look good like in the middle of 2007, they could have known that approval is not going to happen this year then late 2007 they said they are disappointed that this did not occur. On the good side though, if Merial is preparing for production then it must almost be there. If someone is willing to put in money at 14cents/share then they must know something. Like most biotechs in ASX, they have gone down.
