    I think market starts rerating RRS. It is still very cheap.Just like in 1999/2000, political in Congo was messy ,AVM was idlle,I bougth AVM around 3c/6c and made veyy good return later. Putland situation is simlilar to Congo before. I believe (and HOPE) that Putland situation will get better soon. IMO, RRS will have a big chance. I may be wrong, but prepare to hold for a while.
