    GIR shareholders will receive an appox 1 for 3 issue of shares in U308 at the end of the month. At their issue price of 20 cents that is equivalent of appox 7 cents bonus to each GIR share. IF U308 flies to 40 cents then the bonus amounts to 14 cents. A very sweet deal. Good luck to all longs.
