80m shares on issue currently. Pay out 5c which is $4m. The options will become fully paid shares (exercise price becomes $0) so post the capital return there will be 100m shares on issue and cash will be approx $5.5m or 5.5c per share....and perhaps a new resource project.
Buy the shares at 8c. Post return they owe you 3.
Buy the options at 3c. Post return they owe you 3c.
Cash post return 5.5c.
