On the info site there is a link to a questionere "is Bluegen right for me" the first question is "Do you live in England or Scotland" If you answer 'No" then the reply is "We're sorry to say that we don't yet have any approved and qualified service agents in your area."
As that reads you could assume England is the only place you can buy a Bluegen not the rest of Europe including Germany. I think it is a typo error and should be corrected. The finance deal maybe available only in England and Scotland but surley they are available elsewhere.
