In relation to the recent announcement regarding the Free Bonus Option. It stated that Record date is 18/07/08. I am thinking of purchase some more MXR shares. However, can someone explain to me:
1. If I purchase on the 15/07/08, will my new shareholdings be registered in the registry before the 18/07/08? if not how long does it takes for the shares to register? 2. can I dispose the ordinary shares after the 18/07/08 and still be entitled to the options?
