strategy would be to dump MXROA, use the cash to buy MXR and you end up with (1:4) MXROA for free. given the huge time value of money on the MXROA thats what i would be doing if i already owned the MXROA. the company is basically giving you $0.02 for free at the current market price.
i expect some selling pressure in MXROA once people cotton on to this.
but seriously, if they dont need cash why offer free options?
