Saturner why do you think freeport spent 15 mill on the mazagan permit and will spend a further 215 mill on drilling 2 wells.The mazagan permit has a 1 in 3 chance of finding a massive amount of oil.Freeport have done there homework
they know there is oil there.
By the end of feb 2015 pvd will be trading at somewhere between 10 and 20 bucks no if's or buts about it.
