I don't understand this company. It seems to be in cash...

    I don't understand this company. It seems to be in cash positive, there's increases in mine output from 900k to 1.2 mil tons of coal per quarter. so why is it still cheap? is it like a MOY where gold was going up but it took quite some time for the market to respond? The debt frankly at 20 mil isnt that much either for a productive mine. Any ideas?
