    Have just had a quick glance at the report, page 102 seems to say to myself that HDR would have had problems funding future commitments from current sources due to tight Free Cash Flows. The board was worried about running out of liquidity IMHO. Whats done them at the final hurdle is Asset Rich, Cash Poor. Need to read more of the report to confirm this of course

    I was surprised to read they did not need to commission this report but did so to keep shareholders informed on the situation
