free clem7 toll credits offer

Hi All,

received this in the mail the other day. RCY is offering either:

1. $100 CLEM7 toll credits to Brisbane City Ratepayers who acquired at least 5000 stapled units in the initial offer of units in the group, remain BCC rate payers and registered as holders of at least 5000 staples units on the final instalment record date of 7 August 2007 and, apply for an electronic tag account with FLOW tolling prior to the opening of the CLEM7 tunnel

2. $35 CLEM7 toll credits to retail investors holding at least 5000 stapled securities as at 1 November 2009, have completed FLOW tolling application form to open a tag account, understand terms and conditions.

Just wondering if anyone has taken up this offer as of yet?

Credits are only valid in CLEM7 tunnel and only for 6 months after date of first initial use.

I assume that the same tag could be used at other tolling booths both around Brisbane (Gateway etc) and the country? Sydney, Melbourne etc?
