Sorry but I don't know the different levels' meaning. .. again it is a HC admin thing.
I'm sure admin checks the 'feedback' forum regularly, so try them through there as well as the 'contact us' avenue. Response is up to them.
FWIW I had no problem with Cortis, except that she certainly did 'labour the point' which was wearing thin.
