g'day furps. I'm not certain on laws and duties that inhibit or promote investing in existing housing. never studied the field. but certainly the federal and NSW govts both did their utmost to pump up the market until the election.
what has changed since the Labs took over federally? has any of their efforts produced any problems for you as an investor and landlord?
