"What happens to the 40% if the well is not drilled by June?"

Bugger all I expect, except out SP heading south yet again.
We don't have enough money to drill and frac our own hole.
We don't have enough money to challenge BPT in court.
We will be hung out to dry...just hanging around...waiting and hoping.
BPT will drill (and frac) that hole at their convenience, not ours. I even bet it gets drilled, then the fraccing comes ?years later, after ICN is gone??

Just my morbit thoughts at present. But when you don't have control, you are just a passenger. And BPT is driving. We should have fought BPT in court and kept at least operator status. Shag that, we should have kept the whole 80%!!!!!!

Lets hope there is a magic dragon around, with lots of cash who wants to see this thing done asap! Thats the only way we can wrestle back 855 if BPT tell us to go suck a lemon.
