I feel they are slowing things down using time to try an let our cash burn kill us off. Flow rates coming out from BPT now will be like extracting teeth from a spider. They have reasons... Wait an just see the next chess move. I am expecting nothing to go ahead till September as ICN is slways slow off the mark an BPT may try to drag the chain.
