Corndr, I agree on all your points in order to get value out of the assets and realise the potential of the share price. But all those factors/challenges/issues were there 6 moths ago - no change and 6 months ago the share price was at 18c - so what's happened in the last 6 months is all about sentiment (and short sellers) .
IMO shifting sentiment towards NXS remains a key potential impact on the SP in the short term
