I don't think it has been ignored; the recent bot activity suggests quite the opposite. As I've said before, those trying to accumulate large stakes will do everything they can to ensure the company's share price won't rise much. But when the in specie distribution is close the share price will go ballistic. Exactly this behaviour (although on a smaller scale, as their in specie distribution was less generous) happened with DIO recently.
