Does anyone have any clue as to what percentage of the register is held by funds? especially AFTER the reverse takeover by Chemist Warehouse. I know SIG entered a few indexes earlier in the year and a lot of volume was transacted off-market. I just wonder how much of the register is in the hands of funds... as I can only see the desire for funds to hold SIG increase as the results of Chemist Warehouse become known.
Any input is appreciated.
Also, can we assume there will be a resolution put forward at the AGM to change the name to Chemist Warehouse? In my mind this will be a real catalyst amongst the broader community that still doesn't know Chemist Warehouse is actually listed.
And yes, I do agree. The founders shares are sticky and whatever they would want to dispose, would be transacted with haste, off-market by a fund. I sense there is appetite for this stock, and all eyes are on the results Wednesday.
Just look at that volume at close yesterday, 40M units!
