"It would cost you $1000oz~$1300oz to get it from the ground plus $300M for plant and infrastructre"..... From where do you get these numbers - Please provide comparable Companies in West Africa with Open Pit, Shallow operations.
I'll start with PRU - Capex $170 Million for a 250,000 ounce operation. Perseus would be the most recent of the ASX listed stocks in West Africa to commence commercial production on a scale above that of AMPELLA - Cost per ounce for the March Quarter 2012 was $575 per ounce.
DYOR and do it thoroughly in order to obtain relevant factual information.
