    some private company (as with all free Gov initiatives) has to provide this & more importantly get paid for it. If the Gov proposes to use the superior tech of wimax instead of wifi then they will still have to deal with UNW to sub lease spectrum space. Sounds like good rhetoric for the Gov without the detail...as per usual.
