I see Capral have had a win in their appeal against the Customs decision to drop one of the Chinese importers from the dumping case.

It seems long and fairly complex but from the scan that I did it seems that Customs have been told to review many parts of their decision and it looked like a bit of a kick in the butt for them.
It is a pity that Capral didn't give us their version of the significance of the decision but certainly it seems like a positive step in the dumping case.
