While this is great news for the holders of SG that they are now planning on doing something. What I would like to know is what that means for the SG holders. Are we going to be diluted, and/or get a better deal for the IPO that the general public as a reward for all the BS we have gone through over the past 18 months.
I am excited about this, as I hope we see a SIR type interest in this little gem.
