What’s happening at LTR with the $3 carrot dangle by the board is either a game of chess or a garage sale. The jury is out as it’s early days.
If AZS follows a similar path - and we already have SQM’s bid as a guide - then I can’t see how there is going to be a bid from any suitor that will take into account the potential of Andover being possibly Top 5 in the world.
KDR was sold for loose change.
LTR is on the market for what many are saying is too low a price.
If AZS is sold it will be for a price that will leave shareholders with a sour taste and a large CGT bill.
All in my (negative Nelly) opinion only. Hope I am wrong.
